I like the look of this, and have liked your event on the Book of Face too. Noticed some of your regs stating they didn't have airsoft guns, most of us have more than one, it will be worth you setting up a kit loan thread nearer the time.

know this question has been touched on but just want to check. for camping down on the night are we ok to bring own tentage, and if so do you want canvas or is modern ok? (dependant on weather) its ok i would doss down in communal doss area but want to save people from my bear in hibernation snoring 
and therefore save myself bruises from things thrown at small hours of the morning
